The name says it all! This is the second time we've replaced a roof and I can confidently say that Integrity Roofing provided exceptional quality and customer service from start to finish. James Pruett was our key contact through it all. He was courteous, attentive, honest and proactive in explaining our available repair/replacement options, providing roof and exterior damage assessments to our insurance company, following through to ensure maximum insurance payout/coverage was provided to us, contacting and coordinating additional contractors for paint and other repairs necessary to complete the full gamut of repairs, and enabling us to minimize the out-of-pocket expenses on our roof and other repairs. The workers were courteous and professional. They arrived early and worked diligently, completing the roof replacement and decking repairs in just a day and a half. It’s been two weeks since the work was completed and we haven’t found one nail or shingle on the ground around the house or in the yard yet! The tiles are placed well and the roof looks great. Over the years, I've hired Integrity Roofing and Painting for interior and exterior painting, interior ceiling repair, and for our new roof. I highly recommend them if you want a hassle free experience. For the new roof that we had but in a few years ago, they met our insurance appraiser at our house and negotiated with him. I only paid the deductible, just like they said. They used premium quality shingles and the owner came when when the work was done to make sure it to was done to our satisfaction. Recently we needed some sheet rock repair and again it was hassle free and done to perfection. I couldn't believe the attention to detail in matching the texture and color. They are friendly and clean up well when finished. They have a great team and I highly recommend them. more
