I worked with Integrity Property Management Company and I would not recommend them to anyone. I live out of state and they handled my property in Casa Grande. The tenants were under a one year lease. The tenants left early and Integrity did not collect the rent that was owed. They told me they were sending it to a collection agency and IF they collected the rent, they would send it to me. I have to ask WHY I was paying to have the property managed when they left me on the short end of the stick. To date I have not been paid. The lease was also a non-smoking agreement and the tenants, who left early, smoked. Integrity would not address the issue when I brought it up. Chris in Seattle more

Do NOT trust your property investment to Dee Dee Hulverson. What communication there is, is unclear, inconsistent, and delayed. It cost me $$ for a service provider to tell them an item was still under warranty when 1 phone call to me and I could have told her that. more

    My goal is to provide a property management service with Integrity. Having been in the business for 10-years I have seen things that work as well as things that don't work. I want the owners that use my company to feel they are always being treated with respect and their property is being looked after.. At no additional cost to you we photograph each property and put it on our web site.


    We also make flyers to place on each property.


    We screen prospective tenants by using credit company reports,eviction reports,personal interviews,and references.


    We use detailed lease forms that spell out tenants responsibilities.


    We personally show your property,pointing out amenities of the property and neighborhood.


    We send you complete accounting statement each month along with copies of all invoices paid out of your account.


    We survey maintenance problems,lawn care and more. We take the necessary measures to correct any problems.


    We do drive by inspections of all vacant units weekly.


    We photograph each property prior to or at tenant move out inspections.


    Photographs are useful as evidence of property condition for the accounting of tenant security deposit refunds.
