i thought that the price was to high and when i brought my van back because there was still something wrong he charged me $54 more

Mixed feelings 9/2/2013

I am walking away from my most recent repair experience with mixed feelings. I was told that there were staffing issues and some equipment problems...and I understand that those types of things happen. I struggled to get timely information and timely returned calls. I did appreciate that they pushed to get my vehicle done by the time I really needed it, but I had also asked for the estimate ahead of time...when I called and was told that the vehicle would be ready by 5pm, I was told that the estimate was still NOT ready. I did okay the work...however...I was doing it based on a suggested estimate given when I had the vehicle in previously and was told the brakes probably needed attention. The amount told to me then was over $300. The amount I paid was over $500. I am gratefully for the repair being done quickly...I have problem with the communication (which has been an issue before) and the way the price/estimate was handled. more

Oil service and Tire rotation 7/30/2013

I bought the tires there, and when I got my bill, there was no charge for the rotation. I didn't know that was a part of the package. The tires were considerately less than other quotes, and are MUCH higher quality than what they replaced. I am pleased. more

I've used integrity for about 4 years when we first came to IWU for school since it was so close and the oil change discount. My last visit however was not good at all. After they inspected my brakes and I had gotten about half way home the front tire started to wobble violently due to it not being screwed on properly. This was very frustrating and scary as I had my 7 month old daughter with me. I get that mistakes happen, but the way the owner handled the situation was far from satisfactory. more
