Dr Steadman has brought me back from the brink. Over a year ago I had severe Neuropathy in my hands, mid-section and feet. I returned to Dr Steadman because I had gone to him before with great results. This time it was very severe and not only did I have the numbness but I also had major motor loss in my hands. \r \r Due to not only his work on my back but also his referral to a back decompression clinic I now after the year have only slight numbness in my hands and continues to get better. I first saw Dr. Steadman on Good Day Colorado. He was speaking about headaches and other symptoms caused by certain food allergies that many people are unaware they even have. I decided to make an appointment with Integrated Health to see if they could help me with my headaches I have suffered with all my life. I began by completing a very in depth history and physical as well as an appointment with Dr Steadman to talk about my history. He decided we should start with a cleansing program to help identify what it was, if anything, that I was allergic to that I was eating commonly. During the clearvite, my headaches, which I was having a dull headache most of the time, were gone for the first time in about 5 years. After the clearvite shakes were done and I was adding food back into my diet, the first time I consumed gluten, a small piece of bread, my mouth started tingling, I got dizzy and a headache hit me instantly. I came to him a few months ago with some unresolved thyroid symptoms and he ordered tests, evaluated my health, and has told me what supplements to take and why. Also, he has instructed me to start a cleanse diet that will help me identify food intolerances.
