I was looking into buying a new car and wanted to make sure I could afford the insurance on it before I did. The quote was good so I went ahead and bought the car. Once I changed over the policy, I received the first bill. It was $70 more than I was quoted, a month! I immediately called thinking this was a mistake (since this was the second time I got a reasonable quote and then a larger bill, although the first time they fixed it.) When they told me that the amount was correct and they could do nothing I told them I'd most likely cancel the policy, the lady on the other side of the phone got upset, yelled ""fine!"" into the phone and hung up on me.
