did an excellent job both times I had to take it in. They were highly professional, very diligent, fixed the car flawlessly and even got it back to me ahead of time. I highly recommend and would not take my car anywhere else. more

I am proud to drive my BMW. Love, love, love the car. When the accident happened. I wanted the best shop to fix it. I feel I got when I hoped to find. Dan was great following through with this team of workers. They took excellent care of me and kept me abreat of all work being done at all times. more

The person who hit my daughters car's insurance company was awful and wouldn't cover the damages. My insurance company took over the claim and was fabulous. ICC was excellent both times I used them. Very professional and helpful. -JoAnn V. more

My rep Dan Butler was great. Very professional and his customer service was flawless. I really appreciated his attention to my car even though it was probably considered a smaller job for him.
