Installer Headquarters

I've worked with them for about three years, and we've been more active in the last six months. He came highly recommended, he was one of the top tier techs from a company we used to use. We do a lot of digital signage installation, the companies hire us for project management and we look for subcontractors. We're quite pleased by the can-do professionalism and the innovation that can take place. There are so many variables in our industry where things can go wrong and they are not stopped in their tracks when there are challenges. We're very very happy with them, I always say I need to clone them. more

I own a company and we actually use Installer Headquarters on a normal basis. We constantly have audio-visual work to do in the LA area, and Narod Koseian at Installer Headquarters fulfills our needs and goes above and beyond. He even goes cheaper on some things if we ask. He's very professional and his industry knowledge is very high. more

We had the same two guys from Installer Headquarters install our TV in our old home about a year ago. Recently, we moved, and they took the TV down to the new house and installed it again. I would highly recommend them. I think they're great. Especially those same two gentlemen we've had for all our jobs. They went far beyond what I expected, so they were great. I even called once after hours because my universal remote wasn't working. My HDMI cord had come loose, and I said, "Hey, it's not working." He told me to try this and that, then said, "Okay, has the TV been moved?" I told them it had, he said to check the HDMI cord, and that was it! They're extremely helpful, even outside the job, which I appreciate. more

Installer Headquarters installed our new TV's and they were pretty good. Everything looks very nice. Overall, the TVs look nice. We had to get the TV's painted and that did take them a extra day or two. more

Installer Headquarters did the job they were supposed to. They offered the advice that I needed. If you have questions they will answer by giving you a recommendation and their opinion. This is the second time I have used them. This time we used them to remove a TV off a brick wall and moved it to my new place. They are on my to call list for whenever my family gets around to wall mounting their TV's. more

I used Installer Headquarters last year to install a TV for me. I had purchased the bracket elsewhere, and this year when I asked if they had the bracket to go along with the TV and they did, the price was much cheaper compared to the other store. The same installer came out this time, and it was nice because he remembered me too. It helped to make it a good, personal experience. This company is reliable, come out on time and extremely knowledgeable. The installer was very nice and was able to hold a conversation while working. He offered alternatives and different choices, and I really appreciated that he had the different parts on his truck. He didn't offer and then have to go to the store. He arrived prepared for the job. The installation was fast and took under an hour. I'll definitely use them again. more

That dude at Installer Headquarters was flippin' awesome! He has been to my house twice, and I know I couldn't do what he did in that time for that amount of money. He has done two installations for me, and he was fantastic on both of them. I give them 5's all the way around! They were fantastic! I'd definitely use them again. This was my first experience using Installer Headquarters. The guy came in on time, and got right to work. He worked efficiently and professionally and everything went smoothly. I have 5 restaurants and in all locations Installer Headquarters has done everything including cameras, speakers, internet wiring, phone lines, and hanging TVs. They are pretty prompt, and they do a very good job. The job looks very custom, and that is what I like. Narod is very professional, and takes the time to do it right. Installer Headquarters is terrific. They have come to figure out a couple of easy things we probably could have figured out if we knew more about technology. They have to drive an hour to get to us. Once there was a small thing that wasn't working, but by the time they got here it was working again. They weren't mad about it at all. It is nice to know that they will stick with us. The guy we used before this put in a bunch of stuff, and it was nice work, but when we had a problem he changed his number and we never heard from him again. With technology there are always going to be little things that need to be fixed. Narod has been there every time. more

It's always a gamble choosing a company on line to come into your home to perform a service. You hope for promptness, knowledge and professional conduct. Installer Headquarters nails every one of these. After making my appointment, they knocked on my door at the beginning of the appointment window. During the entire installation they treated my furniture as if it were their own. They covered nearby furniture as they drilled and continually cleaned as they went. Watching them work it was readily apparent that they knew exactly what they were doing. In addition they were very friendly. I will recommend then to anyone that needs an installation. You will not be disappointed! more

The equipment they recommended and installed is absolutely wonderful. As for the price, I had a contractor go over the bid, and it was actually less than he told me to expect. more

My setup looks pretty good will a 65" wall mounted tv with 5.1 speaker setup and everything hooked up nicely. Only thing is there's a few glitches with the remote signals getting mixed up and price for the service is average. They provide good service overall though and am pretty satisfied. Make sure to do your homework ahead of time and prepare all the connections (wires, cords) necessary for the setup. Otherwise it may be pricey to purchase direct from them. they came out and handled everything that was prescribed in my original order and due to their extensive knowledge base they were able to come out on additional occasions to handle other audio needs, at my place of business and at home. highly recommend their services. more

Installer Headquarters has been redoing my office, and did my house about 6 months ago. They were recommended to me by a friend. When I moved into my house I had them do my intercom, surround sound, my phone system, and 4 TVs. With the office, they redid my phone system, put in 3 TVs, installed a projector in the meeting room, and added some speaker and volume controls. He kept recommending things and I liked them, so I let him put it in. Everything is awesome, it is better than expected. They turned me on to all the new technology. I love it. Everything has worked out great for me. Installer Headquarters is very in-tune to technology. They know what they are talking about. I had another company come in to compare pricing. I am a business owner, so money is something I keep my eye on. Installer Headquarters is comparable in pricing, and worth every penny. You can tell them what you want, and they will figure it out. Other companies told me that what I wanted wouldn't work or that what I wanted didn't exist. Installer Headquarters did it for me exactly like I wanted. They have very knowledgeable staff.
