Incomplete inspection of my property for insurance 10/6/2011

The inspector complete the inspection without going ito the attic. Never mentioned a word about the incomplete inspection. Charged me the full amount then send me an incomplete report It caused my insirance cost until I get another inspector to complete the inspection. When I called to ask what was the reason for an incomplete inspection the answer was: There was insulation and the inspector was not able to see thr introior of the roof. A second inspector is going to finish the job next week at an additional cost. I have had the property inspected 2 other times in 8 years never an attic access probelm. Attic access has not been a problem in the history of the house: until this company got involved. . more

Saved me a lot of money! 7/19/2011

I bought a short sell house. While I was in the process of buying it, I had Kris from Inspect And Save do the inspection for me. He found things you or I would never be able to see! He found mold on the AC coils and informed that he thought there might be some issues with the roof. I completely appreciated the heads-up and opted for the home warranty insurance, which without his inspection, I probably wouldn't have and it was sure worth it! Kris is a wonderful person to work with! more

Inspect And Save saved me considerable money. 7/18/2011

I was considering purchasing an older town home, which I planned to remodel. I wanted to have the unit inspected first, to give myself a reasonable idea of it's condition, and how much work it would take to actualize my plans. My realtor recommended a few inspectors, and after speaking with them all, I chose Kris of Inspect And Save. Kris knew what he was doing, and I found him very knowledgeable. He performed the whole inspection, and then stayed around and spent time answering all my questions. His report was well informed. I also asked him to provide a list of established local contractors whom he knew personally, which he gladly did. This list has made my life a lot easier. Inspect And Save provide a great service. more
