Since I've started personal training with Insider Training, I've been very impressed! Unlike other gyms/trainers that I've worked with, Insider Training is so convenient! I don't have to worry about going back and forth from the gym, and fighting traffic. I have more time to devote to my workouts, which as a busy person, I appreciate! All of the equipment I need is brought to my home. I don't have to wait around at the gym for machines to become available! It is also very reassuring to work with a trainer who has such great credentials! My trainer takes the time to explain each exercise and what the benefits will be. I recently became a client of Insider Training and I am so grateful I did! I am SUPER busy and it has always been extremely tough for me to get to the gym on a regular basis! Not only is this convenient for me, the expertise that my trainer has in incredible. I have worked with a few personal trainers in the past and I have never been through a workout like the ones I go through with my trainer now and he explains why we are doing it and what it is going to impact. And..I have never seen such fast results!! The best part about it is that I am in my OWN HOME, I don't have to have any equipment because they bring it to me, and once we are done, I can shower in my own shower and get ready to go to work from my own home. No more lugging around a shower bag and extra clothes for the gym! All I can say is CONVENIENT!!! I would recommend this to anyone out there, it is a great decision, especially for us busy working people with families and all of our other priorities! Not only that, it is affordable, I am paying less for my personal training services than I was at the local gyms around here, and they come to me! Does it get any better?
