First of all, I created a Citysearch account for the sole purpose of reviewing Mickey's Insane Audio. I went into Insane Audio to purchase an HID Headlight Conversion Kit for my car. I told the guy at the counter I was interested in the HID kit, and he already had a receipt printed out and wanted a deposit of $150. He didn't tell me any specifics of what I was buying (such as intensity, color, or what was included) until I asked him.
The employee told me the kit needed to be ordered and would take a few days to come in. A week went by, and there was no call. When I called up and asked about the status of my order, they gave me a story about the delivery truck forgetting it and it would take a few more days to get. So ANOTHER week went by and STILL no call. It ended up taking 3 1/2 weeks for the kit to come in.
Six months after the installation, one of the lights is already out. If you read about HID lights, they are supposed to last MUCH, MUCH longer than six months. My friend also bought an HID kit from these guys, and hers lasted only 4 months (due to faulty wiring).
Avoid this place. You are much better off going 1/2 mile down the road to Motion Mania.
Cons: Long wait for mediocre work to be done, BAD Customer Service
