We have two multiple-dweling buildings and we do a lot of rennovation, repairs and up-scaling. These are vintage buildings that require major electrical upgrades that we rely upon Innovator Electric to provide. Also, we have nineteen units, so we use them regularly. The quality of service is very good and they have been exceptional in some situations where I have been in a bind, and that is because Luis builds relationships. That is important for what we do. And I think one of the most important things in this kind of business is dependability. Luis's services work and if there is ever a problem, he takes care of immediately. Nice, neat and clean work. Good value. 9/4/2009

I have been in business for about 17 years and have used a lot of contractors. Innovator Electric is a smaller shop and one of the best and cleanest I have worked with. Luis was initially referred to me by a friend of mine who is a contractor. I use him mainly for commercial/industrial projects, including a lot of work that we do for the airlines. He does nice, neat industrial work. His team cleans up well after themselves, which distinguishes them from companies I have used. Efficient, easy to work with, good at communicating. 9/3/2009

We have been using Luis at Innovator Electric for about 2 years now because he does a good job. Previously, we had worked with some really bad electricians so, when you find someone who knows what they are doing, you stick with them. Luis has rewired some things in our loft and fixed some of the work done by another contractor who was not very good. Luis is easygoing and his communication with us is very good. He is polite, shows up on time and does his work. He does not waste anyone's time. Everyone we have recommended him to also likes him, including general contractors. more
