I am a new patient at Innovative Medical Solutions and in the last 6 weeks I feel better than I have felt in 10 years. My energy level is incredible now and my skin and hair looks amazing. I have had so many health improvements in the last few weeks and I owe it all to Dr. Miceli and his incredible staff. Should have heeded warnings here. twrribly disgusted and disappointed that in our free consultation I'm told that even with my GOOD insurance I should expect $5000-$7000 OUT OF POCKET expenses in 7-9 months of care AFTER insurance has paid. But Dr. Twohey assured me the cost were kept down for most people to afford it and they offer payment plans. $1000 a month. Unbelievable. more

There is a bit of a wait in the first few visits but I have been asking for someone to take my symptoms seriously and finally someone is. The staff and doctors at IMS heard me and are helping me feel better finally. more

This place is awesome! I was feeling really tired and achy all the time. I'd go to bed shortly after I got home from work and would wake up never feeling resting. Dr. Kenyon found that I had Lyme Disease. It was a lengthy process but I'm finally feeling better. I've noticed that I go to bed almost three hours later now and I feel rested when I wake up. I'm able to do things on the weekends and weeknights too! I don't need a full day to recover and rest up anymore! Thanks IMS more

IMS has saved my life - at least twice... First in 2014 when my medical doctor wouldn't listen to me and kept doubling my testosterone meds to the point my heart was enlarged, kidneys and liver we're shutting down and I was ".1" A1C level from full blown diabetes. By working with me closely with meal supplements (no meds) and helping me to change my eating habits, I was returned to my energetic self. About a year after this adventure, I developed pneumonia that an emergency room visit and two follow up doctors failed to treat. I was saved, LITERALLY, by IMS when they started me on holistic supplements meant to stimulate my own immune system to save. After a couple of months on this treatment and being continually monitored by their medical practice (not just holistic offerings here), I made a full recovery and am now back to full strength. I never thought I would make it either time, actually putting my affairs in order both times, but Innovative Medical Solutions gave me back the most valuable thing we will ever own - my health. This is a place of HEALING, unlike modern medical practices that only promise to TREAT you, and usually with pills that do more physical and mental harm than good. This place isn't cheap. They do accept insurance but I never seemed to have the right one, meaning my expenses for the years of treatment came out of my own pocket. I would do it all again - not sure I could put a dollar amount to how much my ability to enjoy life again with no daily pain was actually worth. Their treatments range from traditional to more unorthodox. I like "unorthodox". For example, I've started QNRT sessions at the Brentwood office (something only 30 people in the world know how to do) This therapy is designed to help alleviate subconscious (and, at times, debilitating) triggers that affect conscious behaviors. It seems so hokey! But the results are amazing... I'm so thankful for the opportunity to experience this type of life altering treatment in the Nashville, Tennessee area! I have been able to heal emotional scars I thought I would always be forced to struggle with. Years of psycho analysis and therapists didn't give me the peace I'm starting to feel. It is utterly amazing to me! Give them a chance - it may just save your life, too. more

My appt. was at 1:30 I was still waiting in the lobby at 3:15. A lady who arrived 30 minutes after I did started to raise cain so they took her ahead of me. I let them know I didn't appreciate it as I had drive 2 hrs. To get there and my time was as valuable as hers. They ushered me back in a few minutes to an empty office of which I waited another 15 min. I found out the price of treatment would be somewhere around $5,900 of which I could take out a loan there.... total waste of my time... this is a racket. more

Please be aware this is a chiropractic office and everyone is pushed to get the same tests and supplements. Their fees are astronomical. The supplements promote weight loss which does make people feel better, no doubt but don't have any medical effect. more

IMS was very attentive and helpful while discovering the root of the symptoms I had been experiencing for years. They looked at the bigger picture at dealing with the diagnosis not just from a medical standpoint but looking at lifestyle changes as well. more

My time at Innovative Medical Solutions has been a life changing experience. I started out as a person living in a shell of myself and now I am living a full life in this great big wonderful world! My husband saw the ad concerning thyroid issues on television and suggested that I call them. He said that the things they were describing sounded just like me: mental fog, no energy, unable to lose weight even though I was eating healthy, etc. I not only lost 8 pounds in the first week, but I felt better also. The color came back to my skin, I had energy and the sun finally dried out my mental fog. I would recommend IMS to anyone! more

After multiple visits, and driving 2.5 hrs to get there I decided it wasn't worth my time. Funny how NO insurance will cover this and I have 2 insurance plans. Their tests and treatment is not recognized medical treatment. It's quackery! The allergy tests are bogus. According to them I have sensitivity to everything that I eat daily such as Black Pepper. NOT! I stopped going and they continued to collect payment from my bank account. I requested an itemized statement twice. Nothing! I want the money from my prescription account refunded, THEY IGNORE ME! Don't get involved. It's a scam. more

Took 3 1/2 hours off work for this appointment. Appointment at 10:45. Arrived at 10:23. Completed 10-15 minutes of paperwork & waited in the lobby till 12:12. Checked on my appointment at 11:50 & was told just 15 more minutes. Waited 25 more & left. I waited almost 2 hours for my appointment which was at 10:45. I wasted 2 hours of travel time & my valuable time. I'm sure the Dr time is valuable as well. Completely rude & disrespectful! I'm sure the Dr's at Innovative Medical Solutions value their time & would not see a patient that ran 2 hours late for their appointment. Completely dissatisfied! more
