I just employed these guys to put in a doorbell in the office where I work and from start to finish, they have done nothing but a horrible job. I take that back, when I needed to know where to send the 50% down payment, they were very prompt and courteous in getting back to me with the necessary information. Other than that, they could do no right. On the day that they were supposed to come in no one did so I called to see what was going on. The very rude person that I talked to said that a part hadn't come in yet which caused the delay. She offered no explanation why I wasn't notified of this. She said that I should call back periodically to check on its status. Isn't that what their customer service should be doing?! From the time that they were supposed to install the doorbell to the actual installation, one month had transpired. They ofered me 3 free service calls when I brought this up and asked for my money back so I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves; afterall, word of mouth is priceless.
Pros: I have nothing to say here
Cons: now we have more problems than when we started
