Innovations Salon & Day Spa

I received a gift certificate from my chlidren for my birthday. I called today to make an appointment and the phone had been disconnected. I then called the phone number on the business card that was inclosed with my certificate the person that answered stated I had the wrong number. What to do next??? more

I was really excited for my appt to get my hair cut and colored. I've been looking for a new salon and thought this one sounded good. The atmosphere is GREAT!! Quaint building, upstairs space, hardwood floors--good ambiance. However, the staff was crude and in no way added anything to a spa-like atmosphere. They cursed, talked non-stop (with one another) and were really loud. Also, they had a constant stream of friends in and out that made a lot of noise, smoked out on the patio, etc...Not my idea of a relaxing morning. In addition--my cut and color is HORRIBLE--definitely one of the worst I've had--and it was overpriced. I look like I'm 12 years old. My stylist took NO time to try to understand what I wanted. All the girls at Innovations are awesome. They make you feel so welcome and are willing to sit down with you and decide what cut will look perfect on you. They also are willing to fix something if you don't like it after a few days. Just note that if you want a Saturday appointment call at least a week in advance because weekends book up.
