Innovation Kitchen & Bath

I am glad I found Innovation Kitchen and Bath. Our salesperson was pretty good and he did not pressure me to get anything. He made recommendations for things I might need and he actually guided me away from things I did not needed, which saved me money. He was very honest. I just bought the cabinets and a countertop, and I did the installation work myself. The price was good versus what was available at other stores. So, the cabinets we got were very good looking for the price. I could have gone to other places and spent much more for an inferior product. I got a good deal. more

I did multiple bids for my kitchen, and Innovation Kitchen and Bath wasn't necessarily the lowest. However, one of the things I like about them is that I had one person, David, doing everything. Jim at Innovation has a partnership with David, at Precision Construction, so one person was doing everything, the floor, lighting, cabinets, and making sure the granite was in place. I had Innovation Kitchen and Bath do the whole kitchen. They took everything down to the walls and drains and then put everything back. It is gorgeous. The piece of granite that they chose for me is probably the prettiest piece of granite I have ever seen. The cabinets turned out beautifully. I wanted a particular style of crown, but David ordered the wrong one. However, it turned out exquisitely because he took one piece off and put a flat one on, so I now have gorgeous custom crown. They whole look and feel of the kitchen is exactly what I visualized. I also had a lifetime warranty seal put on my granite counter top, which is not part of their package. It just brought out all the colors even more. The flooring is also beautiful, and it all coordinates. I chose handles from Innovation Kitchen and Bath, and I love them. Jim was very nice to work with, and I couldn't ask for anything better from David, who was the contractor. He was definitely the general contractor. He dealt with the plumber, electrician, and the guys doing the granite. I didn't have to deal with 3 or 4 people but only David. That is what made Innovation Kitchen and Bath the good experience it was. This house was built in 1988, and I moved in in 1992. I had always wanted to replace the kitchen, but other things got in the way. The kitchen itself is now so elegant, but it was done in an extremely timely manner as well. I would always listen to people talking about their kitchen experience, and how long it took, like a month, or 6 weeks. I think it was because they were trying to coordinate everyone themselves. When they walked out of my kitchen it was completely finished; even the walls were painted. They told me it should take 7 to 10 days, which I thought was unbelievable, and they were done in two weeks. It was phenomenal. My kitchen did take longer than some, according to Jim, but I thought 2 weeks was pretty good. Karen Bennett more

Innovation Kitchen and Bath did our kitchen. A couple of little things went wrong, like there is a nail sticking out in one place, but they did a nice job. The counter wasn't aligned correctly originally, but they came back and took care of it. The cabinets are beautiful, and they did a nice job, but they did have to correct some things. I was a little disappointed because there is some space wasted in the kitchen. My husband said it is because it is not custom made, but I didn't know there was going to be any space wasted. They spend a long time looking over the kitchen to figure it out, but there are a couple of places where it took over a lot of space. I have been waiting 30 years for a kitchen, so I am pretty picky, but just make sure to find out how much space might be wasted. The people working for Innovation Kitchen Bath are very nice. The installers were very personable. I am pleased with the kitchen, it is beautiful. It really is very, very nice. The cabinets are beautiful. more

We had a good experience with Innovation Kitchen and Bath. They did the work quickly and did it right. The price was great. It was very positive, and we are happy. Innovation Kitchen and Bath did our kitchen cabinets and the vanity and sinks of 2 of our bathrooms. It looks like a new and different house. If you are looking for a good job for the price, you won't find a better company. more

I had a problem and got some insurance company, so I went out looking. I saw the store front of Innovation Kitchen and Bath, went inside, and the man was fabulous. I told him what I needed and he gave me a quote that was less than what the insurance had given me! I went with them. I did a complete kitchen with them, the counter tops and cabinets. They did a fabulous job. I would recommend them highly and to anyone. more

Innovation Kitchen and Bath was great. They were prompt and did their best to accommodate my needs. We had them install kitchen cabinets and new granite counter tops. When something wasn't right they adjusted it. They fixed the matter right away, rectifying it immediately without any hassle. I miss-measured a cabinet, and with the cabinets they brought I wouldn't have been able to fit in the fridge. Innovation Kitchen turned right around and got a shorter one for me. Within an hour they were back out with the correct cabinet. The guy who did the granite was outstanding. We cannot see the seam at all. They picked us out a beautiful piece of granite. The whole projects looks outstanding, really nice. I have already recommended Innovation Kitchen and Bath to someone. more

I worked with Jimmy, at the St. Petersburg store. I was using them for a kitchen project. Jimmy came out several times to see how everything was going. He brought me stuff that needed to be replaced, because a couple of things had been bumped. Everything ended up perfect. Jimmy went way above and beyond what he needed to do. I would highly recommend him, and in fact, I already have. It was perfect, and I am going to go back to them with another project soon. more

Innovation Kitchen and Bath was very professional. They provided what they said they would provide, and the price was reasonable. They designed the layout, which was necessary for us to know what was needed. We also looked at their displays which gave us good hints about how to set up ours. I was very pleased overall with everything that Innovation Kitchen and Bath did and how quickly it was done. They did my kitchen, including the countertops and cabinets. I think it all turned out quite lovely, and I already have had quite a few compliments on the cabinets. My experience with Innovation was good, especially since I had never had anything like this done before, so I did not know what to expect. I have already recommended them to other people. more

Innovation Kitchen and Bath did my son's kitchen so I knew that I wanted to use them for mine, but it was not until 2 years later that I approached them. I compared their price with 2 other companies and theirs was the best for what I wanted. They did my kitchen as well as 3 bathrooms. They worked patiently with me for an entire year to design the kitchen that I wanted. I have a luxury kitchen. It is gorgeous and workable, with floor-to-ceiling custom-built cabinets and a full pantry. They also made me a 7-by-6-ft. island with 1 large slab of granite. In fact, I do my office work on the island in the kitchen because it is such a great space. I worked mainly with Luke, who listened to what I needed and was able to change the design 10 times for me to get it the way I wanted. He was very patient and worked well with me. Also, the 2 guys who did the installation did such a beautiful job. I highly recommend Innovation Kitchen and Bath...they are a great company to work with. more

Several people in our neighborhood had used Innovation Kitchen and Bath and were very pleased with them. When we went into their shop, I was impressed with the people there and the selection, which is why we decided to use them. They did a total remodel of our kitchen, and our experience with them was great. They were punctual and very considerate of working in our home while we were living there. They also took a lot of pride in their work and did an almost perfect job from the beginning so that very little follow-up was necessary. We absolutely love Innovation Kitchen and Bath and their work. Luke, the original salesperson we worked with, is extremely good at what he does, very fast and very efficient. We had been into their showroom previously, but this time, we walked in as we were on our way to buy cabinets somewhere else. It turned out that we ended up buying them from Innovation. The two men who came and did the installation were great. We appreciated their promptness, skill, and ability. So far, everything looks great. We have gone from what we thought of as a cute, cottage-like place to a high-end looking home. more

We decided to use Innovation Kitchen and Bath on a recommendation from our neighbors. They did a complete remodel of our kitchen and we are very pleased with their craftsmanship. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would. Everything went according to schedule, as they promised. We really appreciated how accommodating they were in making changes for us during the remodel process. As we saw the kitchen being constructed, there were things that we changed to make it look better and they worked with us on that. The kitchen looks very good. We have had people come to look at it as a reference when they were deciding about working with Innovation Kitchen and Bath. We definitely recommend them. more

When we were looking to remodel our kitchen, we initially went to 2 other home improvement companies before Innovation Kitchen and Bath. They first company did not understand what we wanted them to do and the other company had prices that were astronomical for our project. At Innovation Kitchen and Bath, we liked what we saw, and Don, the salesman, understood everything that we wanted to do. The cost also was $3,000 to $4,000 less than what it would have been if we had used one of the other companies. Innovation Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job. They installed new custom cupboards that had to be cut to a specific size, and they did it for the same price as regular cupboards. They put in new countertops as well, and supplied all of the hardware for the drawers and handles. If I was going to get another kitchen done, I would go to Innovation Kitchen and Bath first.
