Everything was fine until I signed on the dotted line. While living there I suffered through two ""floods"" of water from the overhead apartment, where they halfway pulled up the carpet and had two huge circus fans going for 2 dayz. The last draw were the coc kroaches. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy. Cons: nasty r oaches faulty plumbing rude and apathetic office staff more

This is a good apartment complex. It is very convenient to highway 40 and the RTP area. They also have are close to south point mall. The apartments have alot of features and the landscaping is top of the line. more
