InnerPC Computer Repair Upper East Side

I called InnerPC when my office computer caught a BAD virus! Dan was super helpful and fixed what he said was one of the worst viruses he's seen. He was able to recover all of my files and returned my computer in just a few days (and it needed to be completely wiped out, twice!). He stayed until I gave the okay that my computer was back to normal. It even runs faster than before!! I highly recommend using them! Thanks InnerPC! more

InnerPC's computer repair team (led by Dan and Andrew) come highly recommended. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing my PC, but they provided great service throughout the entire process. Dan first discussed my PC problems via e-mail and over the phone, then Andrew came to my apartment to diagnose the PC in person, provide a cost estimate, and pick it up for repair. He then kept me updated on a daily basis and informed me regarding my cost and repair options at every step of the way. After a few days, Dan came back to my apartment to return the fixed PC, complete its software and hardware configuration, and check that it is fully up and running with my home network. My PC had several major problems but InnerPC was able to fix them all and make it run like new. The team was also super friendly and extremely helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable in my opinion given the labor and travel involved. I have always dreaded PC repairs and viewed the whole experience as a big ""black hole"" of time and money, but no more! Dan and his team made the process a breeze and they will be my ""go to"" guys for future repair needs. For these reasons, I highly recommend InnerPC and give them the highest possible rating. What a relief,to finally have my computer problems fixed...I just about gave up on my pc and then while at my favorite flea market I saw inner pc and spoke with Dan. I told him all my problems I was having with my pc and he made me feel relieved when you said he could fix it. Great service and reliable, the service fee was great too. He fixed what was needed in the time he said and that is very good. I highly recommend Inner PC for all computer related problems, they are very good and they won't add on any hidden costs or lie to you about fake fixes as I have had other computer repair techs try. My computer recently picked up a virus which rendered it useless. Not being very tech-savy, my initial reaction was to bring my computer to Geek Squad. After reading the horrible reviews, I did a little research and came across InnerPC. I decided to give them a call and I am so glad I did. more

He instantly and correctly diagnosed my problems, and recommended fixes that not only solved the problems but also saw others and fixed them. Last week I managed to download a pretty horrible virus onto my computer. I tried to ignore it (hoping it would clear up on its own) but of course, that never works. I called Dan at InnerPC. Not only did Dan get back to my in a timely manner, he was patient, super friendly, and knowledgeable. His assistant, Andrew came to my apartment to check out the computer and found that it was in bad shape. He took it with him and a week later Dan brought it back to me as good as new. I can't emphasize enough the incredible service and the care Dan took in fixing my computer. It is a five-year-old HP and it is running wonderfully. My computer went completely black. Dead. Inner PC (perfect name for this company as Dan and his employees are totally reassuring) did an amazing job repairing a 3 year old HP. From the first conversation on the phone to in-home delivery of a completely 'fresh' computer - Dan and Andrew were great to work with. Honest, responsive, and expert. My laptop needed some major repair and after pricing Geek Squad and some other options I came across Dan from Inner PC. I was very happy that I did. Dan was very pleasant to work with, the price was very reasonable, and best of all he came to pick up and drop off the repaired laptop. Was staying in NYC on vacation and needed to get my computer fixed, I had a nasty virus on my PC. InnerPC Computer Repair were fast and very good. Andrew came to my place picked up my computer and explained what he needed to do, and Dan dropped off my computer and went over everything with me. I had a great experience with InnerPC. They were punctual, confirmed the appointments and most of all removed all the viruses from computer. It runs like it did when I took it our of the box. Dan also set up our printer and helped me create another email account. You really get what you pay for. I already have recommended InnerPC to all my friends. :) more

Dan cleaned it up for a very reasonable price considering the work involved and saved me a bundle by recommending a better virus protection program.
