Set in a refined yet rustic building handcrafted from massive old-growth wood and hand-forged metal, this luxurious small hotel is set on a hilltop surrounded by old oak trees. It is a 5-minute drive from downtown Paso Robles. Featuring individually decorated rooms with mid century furniture, antiques and original art, most rooms have wrought iron balconies, gas fireplaces, fridges and French press coffee makers. There's is a 3-floor two bed suite with a sunken Big Sur jade tub, spiral staircase and observation tower/meditation area. The main lodge has skylights, massive wood beams and a huge stone fireplace and eclectic elegant furniture. There is a lounge/gallery area with art books, instruments and vintage stereo.
