If you're into B&B's, this is a must stop if you're visiting Louisville. The traditional home (which also includes two other nearby cottages depending on your mood and pocketbook) includes a nice selection of furnishings. Every day there's several selections of home cooked meals which have good portions. You won't go away hungry. Or, if you prefer, you can just have fresh fruit and cereal. This place also caters to business people, at a price which is better than most high end hotels. While you're there, don't forget to say hi to Cher (the resident dog, who doesn't mind staring you down for a piece of bacon at breakfast) or Baby the cat, which can be seen lounging on the back porch in the afternoon. The innkeeper knows how to get you around . If you're looking for a P&B with charm, but not pretentiousness, this is the choice.
