The Inn at the Market is definitely a good choice for those visitors looking to find a convenient downtown location in Seattle. You’re close to the piers, the market, the downtown shopping, and a quick taxi ride to the stadiums. I suggest grabbing a map of the city and using the free bus services to get around downtown. In nice weather the streets are also a nice safe mode of transportation. more

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Seattle. With great views, good dining and a proximity to most of Seattle's "quick" tourist destinations (i.e. Pike's market, the Waterfront, and the Seattle Center), this is a true destination hotel. Rooms are decent size and stocked, and the beds are even comfortable. more

Inn at the market is a beautiful boutique hotel right next to Pike Place Market. The staff is very professional, and the rooms are beautiful. Nothing can beat the harborviews from the suites. While expensive, the Inn at the Market is a great place to splurge for a weekend in Seattle. It's great location means you can walk around downtown easily, and come back in the evening to rest in your Tempurpedic bed and plush robes. My husband proposed to me at the Inn at the Market and the staff were very cooperative in helping him complete his elaborate plan. more

The Inn at the Market is a beautiful boutique hotel next to Pike Place Market. This is definitely not a budget hotel, but worth every penny. I proposed to my now wife in one of their two-floor suites overlooking the Market and Sound. The staff is extremely attentive but not obtrusive; in coordinating the proposal surprise, I worked with the concierge over e-mail for several months to get every detail just right and their execution was perfect. Even right down to having the requisite bridal magazines ready as one last surprise for my fiancee when we checked out the next morning. The beds are tempurpedics, which are the most comfortable things around, made up with high quality linens and plenty of pillows. The decor is classy modern with plenty of marble to go around. The view from our room was absolutely extraordinary. And if you have visitors from out of town, this great location puts them right in the center of all the action. more
