Beautiful grounds - Unpleasant customer service 8/26/2006

We had a suite which was beautiful and the food and service at the restaurant was great! There was however some confusion as to our reservation and Cherie the receptionist was extremly rude in the handling of the situation. Even though I was very impressed with everything else her attitude would deter me from ever returning. more
