Ive been sadlybeen an inland custamer for 30+ years,these folks have been nothing but poor custemer relations,Ive have recently had an accident leaving me disabled at 44,i have an ssi diability income own my home=+10 acres,We have trouble making full payments so we do payments,they should know they already have people in there grip by needing there power,they have the habit of making my wife beg and cry to try to keep power on with no luck on getting time,I have actually become very mad at them for all the hassles,also when are last attempt to get more time was due to the fact a storm knocked out power for a week and had to fuel a generator,this cost was supposed to go to them,they didnt care,enough rambling,Dont give these guys any slack (INLAND YOU ARE THE WORST} oh by the way inland happy holidays~~ (NOT!) more

Inland Power & Light Company 11/25/2005

We've had the pleasure of having Inland Power & Light as our electric company. They have kept their rates very low for their members (although we should be seeing a big spike in our electric bill next year). We live on the West Plains and have severe wind storms roll through, but haven't ever had a power outage. more
