Unacceptable service and customer support. The whole town of Roslyn has been stuck with latency of over 3000ms for over two months now and inland has no idea how to fix the problem. They are the only provider of internet in town, if there were another I would switch in a heartbeat. Downgraded my service from the ""gold package"" to their lowest package after their customer support told me they had no eta for the fix after TWO months.
