Our previous IT company had made some kind of mistake and caused everything in our office to stop working - email, internet, documents - everything. After they tried everything without much progress, we asked a neighbor for a recommendation for an IT company and they recommended ingenuIT. Even though we were a new customer they came onsite quickly and somehow were able to get us back up and running within a few hours. And we did not lose any data! We will call them for any future issues we might have. They are excellent. Pros: Doesn't require a service contract. more

Excellent Consulting and Support 5/22/2008

As the IT Manager for our company, I rely on ingenuIT when I need outside support. They have helped us select and implement our VPN, VoIP system, and other technologies. We trust their recommendations and have a lot of confidence that what they suggest suits our needs. Their response time is exceptional and their staff is knowledgeable. They installed and maintains our Microsoft Small Business Server. We could not be happier with their work. Whenever we have that rare problem, they respond quickly and do everything they can to resolve our issue. Their techs are friendly, professional, and well-organized. We are a small business that is totally dependent on our computer network. Our company is not quite ready for a dedicated IT manager so we rely on ingenuIT to manage all our technology. ingenuIT was recommended by a friend after we experienced problems from having a friend of a friend handle our computer work. They are great. We always know they're doing their best to help our company - while never making us feel like we are buying things we dont need. When we first started working with ingenuIT we wondered why they didn't require a contract - after 3 years we know why. They are honest, super-smart and great people who have the capabilities to provide us with what we need when we need it. Highly recommended! We found ingenuIT after an extensive search for a consulting company to serve our business. They not only provided us references before we considered them, but the references had nothing but positive things to say. When they came in to review our network they gave great recommendations. ingenuIT does everything I need and more. I started working with them when I started my company (almost 3 years ago). They provided me with a reliable network and server system that has been able to grow with my company. We have not had a single virus or major problem since we started working with ingenuIT. We have been working with ingenuIT for over two years and our experience has been wonderful. They began working with us after our original consultant failed to provide us with satisfactory services. When our ingenuIT consultant inspected our servers and network we were surprised to learn that we were susceptible to viruses and hackers and our backup system was not working. They provided a solution that met our budget. For the past two years we have not had a single virus and more importantly, our IT costs have been less while our systems have been very reliable. Small Business Pros 1/11/2005

ingenuIT provided me with a very good experience from start to finish that was superior to any other company I had worked with in the past. Just because I am a small business does not mean my needs are small. Their staff is friendly from the person who answers the phone to the engineers they send to my office. The single most important thing about them is their ability to solve just about any issue in a fast and professional manner. I appreciate their honest approach as they are not afraid to tell me when I should upgrade or when something could be done a different way.
