John & his crew at Infinity Payment Systems have been my processing company for over 8 years and their credit card processing rates have remained competitive to the market, they have kept my terminals up to date and and they have set me up with my Virtual Terminal & Authorize net account at the best rate that we found. I would recommend this company to any small, medium or large business for their credit card processing needs. more

That's no way to do business! Competition is great so look elsewhere for better service. 8/28/2006

The primary nature of our complaint is that Infinity Payment Systems did not provide us what was originally promised and ultimately refused to offer a refund when we couldn't use their alternate gateway service. Pros: Offer decent rates Cons: Don't actually provide the service that was promised. Terrible customer service more
