Got a facial the other day... it was not as relaxing as I had anticipated.

Big Disappointment 10/25/2011

If you are a Burke Williams fan...you will be greatly disappointed. I went half hour early to 'enjoy the amenities'...of which there were none! I was allowed to sit in the 10x10 'quiet room' and eat the one remaining hard store bought cookie! The gal who gave me the facial was known to have a 'very gentle manner' which in essence didn't even clean out my pores! I get a more refreshed face from soap, water and a wash cloth! And I paid an extra $200 for botox between my eyebrows and it didn't even TOUCH the wrinkle! It was like they had used water. No affect whatsoever. Just a big bruise at the site of one of the injections. Will NEVER go back or take any of my friends here! Beware! ...and go to Burke Williams Santa Monica!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

The receptionist was super friendly, I agree that the water they offered was delicious, the environment was great. My esthetician was sweet, a little talkative, but in the end let me enjoy my facial in peace. I had mentioned to the receptionist that I didn't want extractions during my facial, just pure relaxation. There was no communication to the esthetician, and her extractions were extremely painful, she used a tool, not her fingers - ouch!! I normally have clear skin with slight congestion, emphasis on slight. After my facial my face broke out worse than I've ever had in my life and I had giant red splotches all over my face from her rough extractions. The facial massage was nice, but short. All in all, I felt like the redeeming quality of the facial was the quality of the product, you get what you pay for. As far as the application of the product, I could do it on my own. I think I would rather spend the money getting quality products on my own and enjoying my down time in more

Laser Hair Removal...How did I ever live without it? 10/27/2009

I?ve gone to a dermatologist office in Beverly Hills before and it was not a pleasant experience. My skin was so irritated because their machines were so out dated. I researched other places with laser hair removal and found Infinity Med Spa. They were great and so patient with my 100 questions. They saw that I was nervous and talked me through everything. The staff was so great! Evidently, the machine they use here is much better for people with sensitive skin, yet still effective! After the first treatment 70% of my hair was gone. Amazing! Try this location if your skin is sensitive, And ask for Cindy, she's so great! Pros: AMAZING RESULTS!!! more

Relaxing Massages; Open Sundays 3/30/2009

I went to Infinity a year ago for my first massage and enjoyed it except for the noise caused by a loud male voice at the counter which could be heard back in the massage room. That was very distracting and ruined the relaxation. Pros: Good Massages Cons: Loud Male Employee more

Great Med Spa 12/5/2008

I have to say they have the best prices for medical treatments by far in comparison to other places in the area. My first treatment was laser hair removal on my legs which was completely painless. I had a wonderful experience there. The staff was very nice and helpful. I’m thinking of doing laser treatments for my cellulite next. more

I saw mixed reviews before I went down for a consultation, but I have to say that I am very impressed. I went for laser hair removal, and they really took their time to explain everything. I'll write another review on the results but just wanted to give my initial experience....not pushy, very friendly. more

Oh So Wonderful! 10/11/2008

I had such a great experience at Infinity. When I came in for my massage, everyone greeted me in a friendly matter and asked me if I wanted water (which was THE best flavored water I've had!). Not only was the massage therapist friendly, the massage was excellent. The manager's and front desk receptionists were very well mannered and polite. I loved the experience I had there and I know I'm definatly going back. more

Didn't Like It 7/30/2008

When I went to Medspa I did not like It! they had very high prices and made me wait for thirty minutes. Also they did my eyebrows wrong and my facial didn't help at all! if you want to go to a spa I reccomend hat you go somewhere else! more

I see massage therapist Sam and she is wonderful. Great for deep tissue. Beautiful facility with nice people all the way around. would recommend Sam and this facility to all my friends more

They have the most state of the art machines that can help you with the aesthetic enhancements that you need. Their spa treatments (facials/massages) are excellent with such a relaxing atmosphere! Refreshing Experience! 6/11/2008

I recently found out about Infinity MedSpa from a girlfriend and I have to say that I am more than impressed! After years of going to Studio City and the West side for my Botox and laser skin treatments, we finally have an option closer to home. The staff was extremely warm (much different than you typically get at a doctors office) and I was really impressed with their knowledge and the medical equipment that they have (there are places in Beverly Hills that don't have these top notch treatments). Pros: Top notch treatments, warm staff, great pricing Cons: I didn't know about them before! more

Best medical spa in the Santa Clarita Valley 6/3/2008

Great attention to detail -- everything from the welcoming staff at the reception desk to the soothing and relaxing decor, this is the place for a little "me" time. I admit, I'm guilty of spending too much time running a business, taking care of family and managing a household to focus much on taking care of my own needs. I went to MEDSPA for my first bikini wax and I will say that they were helpful, sensitive to my being scared, etc. I will use them in the future for sure. more
