Very Pleased 6/17/2013

As usual the staff in the service department was excellent and took care of a minor warranty item and oil change. Alex was very helpful and had a nice 2012 M loaner waiting for me when I arrived. We also payed a visit to our wonderful salesman, Dennis O'Connor. Its nice to know that your salesman still remembers you a year later. Great dealership! more

Great service 6/12/2013

Recently moved cross country and had to take my new Infiniti in for the 3k mile service following the trip. I was initially frustrated that there was no record of the service plan I had purchased >30 days ago. Alex, however, took the initiative to contact Infiniti and my purchasing dealer to troubleshoot the problem and she arranged for the dealership to pay for service until my application was processed. Oil change was quickly performed and I received a follow-up call from Alex confirming that my plan had been activated. Great experience! more

From the General Manager to the Service Manager to a Service Advisor, all the people I got to know to set up and receive service on my car were friendly, committed to please, and technically up to date on their products. They exemplify why people buy Infinitis - both the cars and the dealers treat owners really well. Service Manager Charles took care of me like a friend, and I felt good driving my serviced car off the lot. more
