This is my 2nd Infiniti and the Infiniti of Bedford dealership is exceptional! Although I bought this 35MX in Illinois I feel the service dept. is very professional and knowledgeable and treats me as if I purchased my vehicle in Bedford! Keep up the good work! more

Helpful but not pushy 5/19/2011

Ed, the sales consultant, was a pleasure to work with. Before I made my decision, he was helpful but not pushy and offered to let me test drive the EX-35 overnight if necessary. After the sale, he helped streamline the leasing process and provided me with an excellent overview of Infiniti Bedford and of my new car. more

Matt did an outstanding job in the sales process. I have previously owned Nissan/Infiniti cars, so I knew what I was looking for. I met Matt in the showroom about 6 months prior to my purchase. When I was ready to buy the G-37 I contacted Matt. He is very professional, mature beyond his years, and a real asset to Infiniti of Bedford. Overall, I had an outstanding buying experience. more

The overall best experience I have had 5/12/2011

Terry was very accommodating and accessbile. He was also very responsive to questions I had. He made special arrangements to accommodate my son's schedule for the delivery of the vehicle and in fact, delivered the car to our home. By far away, the overall best experience I have had in leasing and/or purchasing a vehicle. Terry does a great job in representing Infiniti. more

Great Service 9/28/2010

J Miller goes beyond what is necessary to keep me informed on any change due to parts (it is an 89) delivery or the problem got bigger. I like the Classic center service, I recommend Bedford because of my experience. more
