Inferno Lounge

Went there this past weekend with a friend who is a regular over there and i must say it was a very pleasent experience. First thing that makes this lounge stand out compared to the other ones is its nice decor and HUGE space...There was a birthday party going on so there was a LIVE DJ and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable....hookah was amazing with a capital A!!! The server recommended strawberry margarita and the blue magic....both tasted amazing and are highly recommended.....our server was very helpful in helping us decide what flavors to try....overall had a great time with friends in a very nice environment...ohh btw i mentioned it was my first time \r there and the manager discounted our bill.....thanks for everything inferno....\r \r more

I have nooo idea wat these people are talkin about!! i think this place is amazing. I have been smoking hookah for over 5 years now and I know if im smoking a well packed hookah or not. my group and i were approached served by a guy named alli who was very nice and helpful to us in picking out flavors to smoke. he was honest on telling us which ones are good and which ones we shoudnt even bother trying. I believe out of all the hookah lounges i have been there, Inferno has some top quality hookah. Very smooth, can actually taste the flavor, and will not burn our immediately. coal was being replenished very frequently which i loved!!! its best when you dont have to ask the waiters to do so!! I spoke with a guy named ahmed and he seemed very professional and extremely humble . They play all types of music (arabic, hip hop, techno). the setting is very comfortable and relaxing with nice dimmed out rooms. I always go there with my friends and we have a blast enjoying and dancing to some nice music. yea price is a little bit high but if you go anywhere else, you wont get great diverse music, live dj's, and to notch hookah!! so it all makes up for it!! I know im going to become a regular here. all other hookah lounges all have the same environment. Inferno on the other hand, is 2 steps higher!!! I ordered hookah one time. They messed up my order. Brought me the right one and the wrong one. And charged me for both. Pricing is real high. I think its because the owner decided it was smart to buy two locations. How do I know, because there are two front entrances. Don't go there hungry because an order of food for 10 bucks, will be so damn little that if you feed your cat that, it would will still be hungry. Customer service is okay. Staff seems far too preoccupied. Seems like its a hang out place for teenaged kids. Not a relaxing environment. I am sitting on the ground. The pillows are not big enough for my fat ass. And there is enough pillows for 2 people. So if you bring 3 people, you are s*** out of luck! The drapes don't cover each sitting area adequately so I can smell the other sh** from the room next door. So, with that said, it doesn't seem like there is much privacy. The music is way too loud so that I can't even talk to my buddy next to me in peace because the teenage DJ doesn't know what relaxing music means. I think the owner is trying to make this a club. And forgetting this is the suburbs, if I want to go party and listen to loud music I'll hit up Vision, Soundbar, or any other place with ridiculously loud music. 3 Large LCD TVs at the bar is confusing. Is this a bar? Or a lounge? Or a club? And when then are there underaged kids everywhere I am not sure what the f*** to think. I thought from reading the owner's message before coming that there would be "" vestiges of the good life from ancient cultures, such as the Persian, Arab, and Indian dynasties."" I didn't see that, unless those included the fish tank, DJ, sound system and LCD tvs.. There is also a motorcycle in the place during winter. I didn't know the place seconds as a garage. Personally, if someone wanted to go to a Hookah lounge, I would recommend going to Samah's on North Clark Street. I have been going there for a few years and it is always a good time. No motorcycles, distracted staff, or under aged kids having an orgy on the dance floor. Plenty of privacy. Relaxing music. Though a high price, the service is worthy enough for it and I know the price doesn't include the LCD tvs, motorcycle and DJ. My advice to the owner. Go to other hookah bars and see why they have better service. Change pricing. Remove underaged orgy seeking kids. Remove the DJ with obnoxiously loud music. If you still need kid DJs, have them play lounge and relaxing music. Don't allow people to loiter and distract the staff. Don't f*** up people's orders and charge them for the mistake. Create combination specials for some savings to clients. Update your website because it is 2010, not 2009, Woodfield mall is not spelled ""Woodfiled,"" and it does not accurately depict the establishment. And before you update your website, figure out if you are going to be a club, a lounge, or a bar. Finally, people will spend money on quality service. If you charge a lot for your service tailor it for the professional who make mores money than the 15 year old kid. Pros: Lots of choices. Good aesthetics. Lots of potential. Cons: Food is way too over priced. Hookah is over priced. more

They cant make hookahs, there is no service, and you are surrounded by underage kids. Last time I came here was during winter holidays and I swear on my mothers life there had to be at least 10 underage kids there! There is no professionalism and as I stated in a review earlier all of these hookah bars are just trying to out do each other in the area and it is not working for them. You want to come here than expect an underage crowd and with horrible music and poor service. Bloody hell they cant even make a proper hookah. My buddy and I spent $40 for what? The manager, I think name is Al, couldn't justify and said thats what everyone pays. This place is not going to be in business longer. No wonder its always empty. Pros: decor Cons: EVERYTHING more

I agree with many of the reviews below in that this place is way too overpriced. Other hookah lounges usually charge 10 bucks max, this place charges much more. The decor is nice but doesn't justify charging customers the prices they charge. Customers are coming to smoke hookah, not be entertained by the fish tanks or the fancy paintwork and decorations on the wall. Also, I agree that whenever I go, its the same old losers hanging there. The owner should really kick these guys out because they are a nuisance to the customers. But, I must give props to the owner, Ahmed. Ahmed is a very nice gentleman, very professional and understanding. However, the new management has really given Inferno a bad reputation. more

I have been smoking hookah for about 2 years now and I have never been to inferno before. I went there recently a few weeks ago and i was amazed. The other hookah lounges ive went to were fun, but they always seemed dirty and made me feel uneasy like i was going to get my wallet stolen or something. Inferno actually has waiters and waitresses that come around and ask you if you need anything so there is no need to get up, which was perfect when my leg in a cast. I read the last review and the owner might seem like a showoff, but when you talk with him he is very humble. I asked him why he left his bike in his store and he said because he has bike shows in the summer so it attracts new riders and because he has no room in his garage :) I have to give this place the best compliments though because the guy named zed? or zeb? said he has worked for other lounges and he has EXPERIENCE packing a good hookah. Are you kiddin me...this place is really bad. I agree with the price being too high. I went there few times and never been happy with this place. This is very decorative and set up is good but hookah itself is bad, customer service is bad, some bad crowd comes there all the time, it is not the place for decent people and after all, yes they seem to be non-professionals. I'd not suggest anyone to go here. Try Aria or Fumar. more

Worst Hookah Lounge, over priced, bad customer service and just show off overall. I do not recommend anyone to go here. Everytime I go there, there is always non-professionals and some loosers hanging around. Very disruptive. If I want to go there, I'd like to relax and enjoy the hookah. This place is being run by some non-professionals. Price is too high. Owner seems to be a show off. He is got his motorcycle like he wants to tell people he's got one. He shows off with his hummer too. Why'd you keep a motorcycle at your business place. I don't care but this place is not quiet where I want to go next time or recommend anyone there. more

When i heard about this place i was thinking to myself that its another hookah lounge BUT wow!!! I I took my date there and This place shocked me and impressed her! lol I was really amazed on how well done it was! Its really classy and has nice sperated sections for small groups to sit in I really like that whole idea and the carpet i was sooo soft!!! And this place is HUGE! this is the place to have a party or even jst to bring in a Date! i highly recommend it to everyone! Pros: Its a Huge Place, real clean, love the Ambience and no parking problems Cons: More food choices more
