great place to hangout, definitely hip 12/17/2006

As a generalization, I don't like Indian Food. But my old roommate LOVES it. So I had a special going away dinner during restaurant week here with her. And now I'm a believer. The Palak paneer was the freakiest, most delish thing I've had ever. Just bizarre. Get it. I can't describe it. My entree was huge - but great. Her vegetarian sampler was great (dal, palak paneer, and 1 other thing). Her BF's dinner looked good. Dessert was great - but I couldn't tell you what I got if you paid me - probably Gulab Jamun. Very good place. A great place to do small plates with your group. more
