I spoke with Craig (or Greg) at Indy Limo Transport a week two weeks prior to a wedding. I wished to reserve a limo for a 4 hour time frame on August 6 at 2:30 for my brothers wedding we had to fly down to. When I spoke to Craig, he took the reservation and stated that there was availability for the specified day. He took all my information including my credit card and email address and said he would send me a PDF file confirmation later in the day.\r

When I did not recieve my confirmation email, I started to worry. I called a couple days later and left a voicemail stating I still have not recieved my confirmation letter and to please send it or call me. \r

On July 28th, I called again. Craig then said he was looking for my reservation and couldn't find it but he did remember me. He took down my information for a second time (except for my credit card) and said he had to call me back to check with his affliates for that day.\r

When he did call me back, he said that there was no availibilty for that day and he tried calling me to let me know and left a voicemail. After telling him no voicemail was ever left or call made, he proceeded to tell me that there is just nothing available and my card was not charged. He said that he told me that day that there might not be availability which is completley not true. After expressing my frustration, he claimed theres nothing he can do and then hung up on me.\r

The worst service I have ever experienced and I don't even live in Indiana. I want people to know about the horible service that I received from this company and how he has now ruined plans for a limo for my brothers wedding.
