PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! These people are trying to get over on you anyway they can. They over charge for these cars (which most of them have been totaled by insurance companies). They sold me a car that was unsafe and treated me like I was crazy because I was so upset. Then while my car was still under their so called warrenty they didnt want to fix it. After being cussed out and called everything but a white girl they said they would fix it. After getting my car back 3 days later it still wasnt fixed right. Still very unsafe. Then when I complained a woman im assuming the owners wife who looked like something off Fraggle Rock wanted to get an attitude with me. You would think as a mom she would understand the importance of a safe car for you and your children. Guess not then again I thought I saw her 4 year old daughter drinking mountian dew from a bottle if that tells you anything about them as parents!! BOTTOM LINE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE they dont even had the proper tools in their so called garage I should have known better!! And who ever wrote that review that said best customer service is a joke. They probably work there!! more

I quickly discovered there, at Indy Auto in my experience, this was not an independence day parade; they do business in Indiana, their way., I see these people one time in a year, they're doing business all year, and I respect that. I love my new vehicle! thanks Indy Auto. more

Wow! I only gave them one star because I wasn't given the option of NO stars! Indy auto brokers has the distinct pleasure of the worst car buying experience of my life! I found a good deal on a ""good"" truck, with 78,000 miles... HA! The title they gave me said it had 120,000 when they received it as a trade! Odometer discrepancy? I should have run for the hills but against my better judgment purchased it anyway. Even with higher miles it was still a good deal! All was well for about three months when the odometer shook a bit and the 100,000 mile wheel came unglued I assume, and the true mileage came through... in the 18 months since I purchased this vehicle I have replaced; All ball joints (after two snapped making a turn into the gas station), cv joints, two alternators, locking mechanism, rear window hatch, steering column, clutch cable, thermostat, and today the water pump. if anything else breaks I'm taking it out back and putting it down like old yeller... RUN AWAY RUN AWAY! more

Indy Auto Brokers had a 95 Honda Accord listed on Craiglist on 9/10/09. I called the lot to see if I could come by and drive the car and if interested, could I take it to the Honda dealership and have the mechanic check it out (at my expense). I was told by the receptionist who answered the phone (rude) that I could not take it to the mechanic but I could bring one with me ?????? whatever, who is able to bring a mechanic with them. Anyway, I proceeded to question her on who the owner was and she got very defensive and refused to give me last name and then hung up on me. I called back to find out who the owner was again and was hung up on two other times. The third time I called back, a person by the name of Shawn Lesser answered the phone and would not stop talking over me when I tried to explain that I just wanted to drive the car to the mechanic and have checked before purchaing. He indicated that they sold more cars than any other dealers on south side . Crazy people more
