Good: The new location was fabulous. Big store with lots of parking space. Just a few minutes from downtown. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Great deals and biggest selection I have seen. Love the monthly specials.. Bad: I did not like being told by the Manchester location that Indio Products had gone out of business when in truth they had only moved to Alameda next to downtown.. Other: I was also able to call in my order and they had it ready for me the next day.. more

Bigger & Better New Location 4/6/2009

Good: Much better parking and larger, easier to shop store. Much more room, reminds me of their Long Beach location from a few years ago.. Bad: Had a little problem locating, but customer service was very helpful.. Other: Much easier to navigate through store. Very helpful cashiers and more merchandise. We thought company had gone out of business, but seems to be doing very well. Looking forward to more business in 2009.. more
