I tried Indigo based on the positive review here. I tried to get an appointment with Michael (who was recommended), but had to instead take an appointment with someone else (who is, I assume, supposed to be equivalent to Michael, since the price was the same). I arrived 5 minutes early for a 3 PM appointment and was told to fill out an information form as if I were in a doctor's office, giving info about health, lifestyle, personal style, etc. After completing the form, I was kept waiting for more than 30 min. before I was called. The stylist was not very friendly, almost sullen, and as I talked with her, it became clear that she had not read the form that I had been made to fill out! She only did about half of what I requested for my haircut. In the end, I paid $50 for a ""master designer"" haircut I wasn't happy with and for an overall experience that was less than stellar. I didn't trust the salon to try and fix the haircut, so I went elsewhere and had a great experience and paid less for it!
