Indigo photography came highly recommended by a good friend that they photographed her wedding. I loved her photos so much I could not wait to get married to see my own wedding photos. I have to say I was truly blown away! The pictures were even more beautiful than I expected. I did have to wait, it seemed like forever to get the proofs but they did explain that it would take time to process all the photos. I received a proof box with over 800 photos and I love every single one of them. Pros: Great photography and service Cons: there were none for me more

I am the mother of a bride that Indigo did the wedding pictures. I was very disappointed in their work. We got lots of pictures, not many good pictures. We did not get any that looked like what they showed us in their studio or on their web site. The wedding was small, not in a exciting counrty or anything like that so I don't know if they really didn't care are what. We had friends and family who took pictures themselves and theirs were better than what we got from Indigo. They were very nice when we went to their studio before the wedding but after they got their money their customer service was not very good. Mothers, please have your daughter check out other places before booking with Indigo. A wedding is not a do over situation. I think that Indigo Photography takes some great photos...I used them for my wedding photos. The problem is after the fact their customer service left a little to be desired. It took over eight weeks to get my photos back and after calling and e-mailing several times, I finally received an e-mail back after I had e-mailed them again telling me to come and pick up the photos. No one called me to tell me that my photos were in. I had to call them. I kind of felt like they sort of dropped the ball after the wedding. I would have expected a little more attention when we spent as much money as we did. Pros: Beautiful photography. They will take nice candid photos other places won't do. Cons: After the wedding customer service leaves a little to be desired. more
