Before we got married, my fiance took a ring that had a lot of sentimental value to me in for resizing. When she went to pick up the ring, Michael showed her additional work he had done at no charge because he was not happy with how the stone was set in the setting. He said the stone could easily have fallen out. I don't think I have ever had anyone go the extra mile on a repair of any kind. It meant a lot to me since the ring was irreplaceable for me. We have now made a number of purchases from Michael including having him create our matching wedding rings. To say the rings are gorgeous does not do them justice. Michael took the time to get to know us and our tastes before he began working on the sketches for our rings. He created rings that match our taste and really act as a symbol of how unique and special we feel our love is. He had no easy task to make a ring for a guy who wears a size thirteen and a lady whose fingers are quite delicate and needed a size 5 1/2 as a matching set. The diamond portion of her set draws attention wherever she goes with the most common comment being that they have never seen a ring that so perfectly matched her hand and was such a unique and elegant piece. When they ask what company sells it, we smile and proudly tell them that it is a true 'one of a kind' but Michael could create something just as special for them and give them his address and phone number. Even though we now live almost 1000 miles away, Michael is still who we contact when we want to purchase a gift or we want to add to our personal collection. My wife refuses to buy from anyone else and I totally agree. Michael knows us so well that we simply have to describe what we are looking for and our budget and he finds something that is perfect. My wife says that being spoiled by the special services of her 'personal jeweler' is something she will never get tired of experiencing. He is an artist beyond compare who knows how to make his customers feel valued. He is not only our jeweler, we have become life-long friends. From a minor repair to an elaborate custom made piece--this is the only place to go. Thank you Michael! more

I first discovered Michael's shop after making a somewhat disasterous purchase on-line of a ring. I took it in to see if it could be salvaged. I have been to a lot of jewelers over the years and I have never before been treated with the warmth and care that the whole staff provided from the moment I walked through the door. Michael was able to not salvage the ring but rather make it look absolutely beautiful. When I picked it up, I realized his level of skill because the ring did not look like the mess I took to him--instead I had a beautiful ring that I proudly wear each day. Indigo Jewlers provided the ULTIMATE experience for me in jewelry. Our nephew is a guitar player in a popular rock band. Michael made a custom, one of a kind ring just for me with the bands name on it. The band members loved it. My husband and I both purchased are wedding sets from the jeweler. The wedding sets are the most beautiful pieces that I have ever seen before. My husband and I get so many compliments about are wedding sets. The jeweler is professional, compassionate, and cares about the customer. Mr. Menger always take the time to meet with you individualy and they take care of you as if you are a close friend for years. Very professional and really care about you and what you exactly want. I wanted to propose to my girlfriend, and I already had the diamonds. I needed to get them set, and I had an idea of what I wanted, band the staff here were a great deal of help. The service is second to none. Indigo Jewelers has a strong grasp of the idea that in exchange for my money, I expect not only a product, but service. The individual customer matters. If this is what you are looking for, this IS your place. Otherwise you can go to a large jewelry chain, where you will be treated like a business transaction, like I was. He and his staff are extremely professional, accomidating, and friendly; second to NONE! My husband bought me a new wedding band to add to my engagement ring for our anniversary. I brought the rings to another local jeweler to have them soldered together, and received them back damaged and crooked. I was devastated. One day I drove by Triad center and noticed the Indigo Jewelers storefront. I popped in to look at their selection and was greeted with incredible customer service.
