This was the third time we gave this restaurant a chance. The last time we were there, their waiter dropped a glassful of water on a perosn in our party and there were no apologies or even a comped soda. This time, it took them a good amount of time to seat us and then an hour till our order was taken. We found out the manager/owner is also the bartender and order taker. The reason he couldn't seat us right away even though 75% of the restaurant was empty was that he was making martinis. The ONE person they had working the floor did not understand any English. Then, they brought us the wrong dish. Our chai tasted horrible and trust me, I am Indian and make chai at home, so I know how hard it is to mess that up. The entrees came out lukewarm and the seekh kobab was downright cold. The lychee creme brulee had burnt sugar instead of caramelized. Overall, it was probably the worst dining experience we've had in years.
