IWC has given pooorrr service for to many years. Something needs to be done about there performance as well as the product they provide. This is the worst water in the midwest as far as taste and quality of the water. Since moving here I continuously got infections and rashes until my body "adapted" to the water. I hope you do not ever have to get anything changed, you will be just sol on getting anything done. Who ever is the regulating agency is doing a poor job of monitoring them. We as customers deserve better treatment and a better quality product with out being charge more for less. more
