Best

I have had many experiences with a number of area veterinarians and none of them were unusually unpleasant. One however, stands out above the rest. Not just for one reason but ...

We have always taken our animals there 5/22/2012

We have always taken our animals there and had nothing to complain about untill now. On many vists we asked the doctor why is our cat breathing heavy. ALL she said was he needs to lose weight. This went on for months. We asked her again, why is he breathing hard.We got the same answer. He just needs to lose weight.Last month our cat died. He didn't need to lose weight. He needed to be treated for hypertrphic cariomyopathy. I feel that I could have more time with my pet only if she taken more action. NO...all she said was heneeds to lose weight. She knewhe had a heart murmor, why she didn't send him to medvet to get checked out or at least have done a xray there.. Some of there staff are rude. I will NEVER take another animal there. Pros: null Cons: null more

Terrible experience - awful - the absolute worst 5/18/2012

Scheduled for my 8 year old lab/bully mix to be seen as her current vet was not getting to root of her allergies issues and only treating her with steroids to control the symptoms. Pros: null Cons: null more

Terrible experience 12/21/2007

I absolutely in no way would ever recommend this office to anyone! I had my dog into them about a month ago for a eye infection, which he still has and is going to another vet, and the new woman vet saw him and her bedside manners were terrible. The other staff were not very friendly at all either. I set in the exam room for over a half hour before my dog was seen. I even had to put the mussel on him myself. As others have said, they are way over price! Pros: Beautiful Building Cons: New female vet with terrible bed side manners more

unbelievable attention to detail! 12/21/2007

I have had many experiences with a number of area veterinarians and none of them were unusually unpleasant. One however, stands out above the rest. Not just for one reason but the outstanding care and attention given on each and every visit. Lets face it no one once to shell out hard earned cash on a regular basis and or see our animals stressed but the level of individual attention you recieve here and the unbelievable equipment that is used is very reassuring. IE: they isolate patients as needed if they may be contagious and have an independant HVAC system to keep the pets comfortable and also prevent spread of illness to the general population. All this at what appears to me to be a very reasonable price. Kudos to all at ICVH!!!! more

Rip Off 10/27/2007

In my opinion, they are not worth the money. I believe they are overpriced and PAD the bill. I do not care for the bed side manner of the female doctor. I would NEVER go back there and wouln not refer anyone there. Pros: Easy to get in...now I know why Cons: EXPENSIVE, female doctor has bad bed side manner in my opinion more

Great vets! 8/19/2006

Dr. AJ has been treating my dog for chronic renal failure for over a year. She is very thorough and always returns my calls to answer any questions I might have. When tests are done, she always makes time to go over every detail so that I understand. They are always busy, but they make time. Definitely recommend. I would try to steer clear of Sat morning appts as they are usually packed. Pros: Convenient hours; always listen to me Cons: Parking more

Ok, but definitely not the best 6/2/2006

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but when I took my dog into the clinic for her yearly exam, the staff was unpleasant and the vet was in such a hurry. I know they must get busy with all the patients they have, but I felt like a number. I would have liked 10 minutes to talk to the vet about the medication my dog is on but she sent the assistant in the room instead who wasn't able to help. I tried calling with questions and they said I would need to make an appointment. I ended up taking my dog to another vet the next week and I'm now very happy. On the positive side: The facility is very nice and they have a lot of the newest equipment to offer your pet. The hours were convienent and they had a lot of available appointments. Pros: Good parking, nice facility, good hours Cons: Rushed doctor, Unpleasant staff, Not worth the money more

ENJOYABLE VISIT 3/6/2006

This evening I took my dog to Indian Creek. Nothing was wrong; just time for his annual check up and shots. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff and the way our visit was handled. I knew I was in the right place when the method of checking him out consisted of sitting on the floor with hFim, talking to him and in general looking him over as he was petted and loved up...and all this was done very professionally. I have been looking for a good place to take my dog and have found it here! I won't take him anywhere else. Pros: friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean more

Life Saver 2/8/2006

I had to take my puppy to Indian Creek because he was gravely ill. He could barely move, he had a very high fever and he was vomiting. I was told to bring him right over even though it was close to closing time for the hospital. AJ took one look at my pup and new immediately what was wrong with him. He had distemper which caused him to develop osteotrophic hydrodystrophy, a joint problem in large growing puppies. Had it not been for AJ and the loving, caring staff at Indian Creek, my now 7 month old puppy would have died. Not only did they save his life, they also contacted the humane society and told them what was going on and got them to refund our adoption fee - they took such great care of my puppy and my family, I'd never trust anyone else. Pros: very clean, caring staff, great prices more

Not worth it! 11/10/2005

I took my dog in for an ear infection and ended up paying $252 for other things and his ears are still infected! I felt that the tech pushed too many products to buy. Pros: Nice Facility, Appointments availabl Cons: Expensive, Don't care about pet, Tech was pushy more
