We have looked for a long time for a good indian restaurant in SLC. And finally we've found one !! Everything is great - very friendly people, good explanantions to the food, very authentic flavours . Suggestions were made to compliment our meal which turned out to be one of the best indian meals for a long time. Refreshing to see many Indian families and couples, too, enjoying a night out. I've been to this restaurant about a dozen times and all I can say is that it is consistent and tasty. Usually, I order a variation of a paneer as well as veggie samosas and garlic naan. A combination that could only be beat by the addition of a bit of their scrumptious mango chutney. \r Pros: great ambience, knowledgable servers and great service Cons: not too much advertising more

They have fabulous entertainment and food. If you need to do something on saturday this is the place to go. The belly dacing was superb and professional. The enviornment is still freindly and romantic and i think they are the best indian restaurant i have been to. They have to be, tell me any other restaurant that have every dishes tasting unique, every single one not like other restaurant where thay have all of them taste same with different name. India Fusion's gravies were so good that i had to buy some dishes to go because i couldnt get enough of it. And after trying thier 6 dishes my family and i beleive they are best restaurant in town not to mention that their service was perfect. All thier servers were professional and they know what they are doing. We will keep coming back if they keep this consistency. This place is wonderful. I took my family there; from small kid to my 60 yr old mother in law. Every body was so happy. One of the best dining experience we had. It felt so authentic that i was lost and for 45 mins i thought i was in india. Thier decor is one of the finest anywhere in World. I was in singapore once and it reminded me of thier restaurant when compared to authenticity and Decor. I ordered chana masala and that was excellent like my mom would have cooked for me. Check this place out and you would know what i'm talking about especiall for all the desis......Thanks so much for bieng here. The Bollywood Movie on the wall was great for ambiance, but the food was ehhhhh.... The only fusion I found was gag+reflex. Pros: Decor & Movies Cons: Wait staff was woefully caucasian. more

This place is amazing. A great place to come eat! I have been eating Indian food for years but this is the best Indian food that I've ate. The service was Excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. Try there Vegetarian dishes, they are the best, malai kofta is best in Utah, if not in nation. I will continue come back and will recommend it to everyone. everybody talk about Bombay House, but INDIA FUSION is soon going to be the BEST. Their prices are cheaper, great ambiance and service. Really friendly service and most importantly--really delicious dishes. I got a soup (their most popular, but I can't remember the name) and it was heavenly. Then I had some naan bread with garlic with two different curry dishes and they were both awesome. I also had a mango lassi drink. I eat out a lot, and I have been disappointed by Indian restaurants before, so I wasn't expecting anything fantasitic, but I was pleasantly surprised. \r \r It looks like a chain restaurant to me from the outside, but I was pleased to also find out that it is a local family owned and operated restaurant, which is something I like to support--as long as the food is excellent, which it was! This is my family's favorite restaurant to go to! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is really nice and the employees are friendly. My kids love the Shrimp Curry and my husband and I are big fans of several of the Biryani dishes. Be sure to try the Peshawri Nan! Pros: Food always tastes fresh. more

This is by far the best Indian Restaurant I have ever been to. I have been to Indian Restaurants across the U.S., and none of them come close to India Fusion . To start with, the decor is outstanding, it does not look like any other Indian restaurant. It is elegant and modern, not gawdy like most Indian restaurants. The art work is amazing. \r The service was great and the food EXCELLENT! The flavors are amazing! I have been there several times and am in love with the Chicken Ticca Masala and Rogan Josh. The mango lassi is also very tasty, and you can never go wrong with their nan. \r I would recommend India Fusion to everyone. They have an excellent fast service lunch, children's menu, and some American dishes as well. \r The enviroment is great with the candle light and Hindi music videos in the background. Jordan Landing is a nice place and has been capable of bringing wide variety of food. Jordan landing has Mexican, American, BBQ and so on. This will be sure a good addition. I have not tried it yet. Pros: More option in Jordan Landing more

Oh my gosh!! A restaurant in Salt Lake City that is actually good! No, not just good, amazing!! The best Indian food I have ever eaten, and I've eaten my fair share. Wonderful, flavorful, wafting aroma's of Indian spices....just darn wonderful! Not for the bland ""Utah palette"", but for the real foodie...you can't miss this place!\r \r The decor is warm and inviting...the Indian music videos give a sense of new and authenticity all at the same time. Very reasonably prices...we had soup, 2 drinks, 2 entrees and dessert for only $48.00. There was even a coupon in the paper for 1/2 of an entree. Such a deal!
