I was originally introduced to India Chef when it first opened on Alpharetta Hwy by a friend who had spent 30 years in England. When I went inside, I immediately noticed a sea of Indian faces and heard British accents in conversation. I knew I was in for a treat. The kitchen didn't disappoint. They serve fresh food, perfectly cooked Basmati rice, and always know when to suggest you don't get a dish too spicy.
