Built a website for the state @ $130,000.00 less than the next bid. 12/31/2008

I read in the state newspaper that indesign firm built a website for our state government at 10,000.00 then the state had another firm come in and they charged 140,000.00 and the site was no better so the state went back with indesign firm. Lesson learned with our tax dollars!!! more
