I experienced personable customer service with Chris from Indepth Detailing. He comes to your house, which can always be uncomfortable to some. But, Chris was very easy going, kind, and did a really good job explaining the work. He showed me the results as he went along - very informative. To my knowledge, the pricing was extremely fair considering the quality of the work. more

I was very pleased with Indepth Detailing. I didn't know what to expect because I had never had a car detailed before, and so, I thought he did a really great job. The outside looks better than it ever had. I would call them again - they were very thorough and came when he said he would. Overall, a great job! more

I would have given Indepth Detailing 10 stars if I could! The people were very polite, and they did a wonderful job. They detailed the outside of the car and it looks wonderful! The price was a bit high for me- I think for the price I paid, I should have gotten the inside and outside of the car detailed. However, I had to give them 5 stars because they have really good service. I liked them so much I even made them BLTs with lettuce and tomatoes from my own garden, and bacon from a homegrown hog. They loved it! more

My experience with Indepth Detailing has been good so far. I had them do some detailing on our car. They need to come back and finish some things but I think they did a good job for reasonable prices. The employees there work hard and are very customer-friendly. Indepth Detailing provides good work with employees who try to please. more

I would recommend Indepth Detailing because I think they do a good job. I have used them twice. The first time they did a better job than the second time. Overall, they do a nice job and they are better than most. The pricing is okay, but it was over $100 more the second time and it seemed like they did less work. Be specific in what you want done to the car. more

This was my first experience with Indepth Detailing. My car had a bunch of water spots on it, making visibility poor. They got it back to 99% clear. Very satisfied! I would go back. more

Just had my dads 04 silverado detailed for fathers day and looks great especially for never being parked in side.Almost unbelievable but rob worked hard and made it look like new again. Thanks more

We have a Taurus SHO in Green Gem. It had a lot of water spots on it, and needed a good wax job. Chris was able to remove all the water spots and restore the paint to its original beauty. Thank you, Chris, for all your hard work. The car looks great. more

Chris and Rob were both great to deal with. When trying to schedule a surprise detailing for my wife, they were both accommodating and willing to fit it in on a day they normally wouldn't, which couldn't have been more perfect. They were great about following up to try and get things scheduled, so their customer service was fantastic. On to the actual detailing...marvelous! We have a 15 year old mini-van, and the carpets, leather seats, and every other piece of the interior was cleaned spotlessly and renewed to what it was 15 years ago. Couldn't recommend these guys any more! more

The staff was very kind and friendly but we did not have a five star experience. We were originally quoted a price that was significantly lower than the actual price. We also noticed that certain parts of the car were not cleaned, specifically the pedals and behind the steering wheel. When we called to discuss these items they said they would send someone out to fix it. The following day we got a call with justifications about why they did not clean the pedals. As people who have previously had a car detailed by a different company, the pedals can be cleaned without liability issues. In my opinion, if you want to avoid liability put it in writing that you will not clean parts of the car, do not just skip things without any explaination or disclosure. During that same phone call we were told about all the discounts and free items that we were given. How can this be when we were quoted a price that was less than what we paid? If we were given discounts, shouldn't the original quoted price be more than the finished price? Ultimately, we were told that they were too busy to finish the job and we can clean those parts of the car ourselves. This after we paid them more than the quoted price. In all, I did not get what I thought I paid for and the excuses about why they could not fix the problem were not handled well. So after paying them, I am now going to go finish the job myself. more

I couldn’t be happier with the cleaning job Rob did. My Granddaughter threw up in the back seat of my car and Rob came to the rescue. It was freezing cold and it had just snowed, but that didn’t stop Rob. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. The upholstery and carpet was perfectly clean with no leftover odor. He really knows what he is doing. He was so nice and knowledgeable. His price was very fair. I was very impressed with the cleaning, his kindness, his price, and his work ethic. My quick story , bought my dream car but paint work was not at is best , so had a detail done from Jim mobile car detail , apart from a polish I saw change , friend of mine gave me number of in depth detailing and gave them a ring , felt guilty that I did not pay enough for Quilty of work , made car showroom result thank you guys , you can now look after my baby from now on!!! more

They did an amazing job on my boyfriends car. We had the dog in there and some sand from a trip to California and they made it look like the car had just cone off the line! It still looks pretty spectacular through all the weather. The only issue we had was there were some cherry skins from a tree waxed into the bumber, but they're small. I would definitely hire these guys again for any detailing job they're fun, and get the job done to quality for not an arm and a leg! more

Indepth Detailing has a very flexible schedule. They are willing to do whatever they need to do to get their schedules aligned with their customers. He does the work at your location so you don't even have to go anywhere. They are very knowledgeable and they know how to do what they do. The car looked great. It was just awesome. Chris and Rob were great to work with. I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey that was in dire need of detailing. I clean and vacuum weekly, but after 3 years of carpooling, family trips, and eating on the go, without a detail, it was time. Chris took the time to explain all the processes they go through and Rob came to my home and did the work on site. I am more than pleased with the outcome....
