Ford Mustang Repair 4/3/2014

We are new to the area and we were referred to these folks. They were able to get us in quickly, determine the problems, and schedule repairs. They were incredibly courteous and took extra steps to make sure my wife understood the problems and repairs clearly. more

they saved me 3/15/2014

when I came back from my work using the Bart, I went to the Bart parking to drive home, I surprised that the car didn't want to turn on , I stayed there for more than 1 hour , finally I called the guys there in monument auto service as I know then when I was living in concord before moving to San Ramon, they helped me a lot , and after the car turned on ,I went to them and they re diagnostic's my car again and change the battery more

Honesty. Fair pricing. Exceptional knowledge. 1/30/2014

I recently moved to the East Bay from the peninsula. I had searched for years for a shop that can handle the complicated maintenance and repairs required for my Audi TT Quattro. I found Monument with a Google search because I needed a replacement battery. Their price was $100 less than the guys next door so I hired them. While at the shop I quizzed them about Audi maintenance and was deeply impressed. These guys know their stuff and have the equipment and expertise to handle all my needs. Plus, it became very clear they will find the inexpensive option to fix your problem rather than just replace expensive parts. I am so happy to have found this shop. more

Absolutely recommendable! 1/19/2014

As before, Monument Auto Service provided friendly, fast, reliable service, and one phone call was all I needed to get an early appointment for an oil change. It was practically an in and out, plus having everything checked as well.
