Independence Planning Group

i came on as an employee less than 6 months ago. they promised me success and close training from an experienced manager. This manager was only worried about splitting cases and how much money he could get from me and the cases I could bring him. He squandered the good quality appointments with his carelessness and blamed me when they didn't close and then finally cut me off from all communications. Manager's Initials are BS.... go figure. This is the culture in the Blue Bell office. He abandoned me about three months in because he didn't think i liked splitting cases, which i told him wasn't the case I even told him he could have a large portion if we have success. but he still left me for dead after he didn't think he could have his hands in my pocket. haven't spoken to him in months and have had no support since from anybody but compliance officers and admin workers. Management is totally incompetent, i had no manager and was relying on phone support to get things done for the last three months. I thought I would give this company a try because it was a small cute office where i thought i could get a lot of work done and start a new career and I could learn from proven guys. but in the end of the day it was a bad experience which i will leave off my resume for the future. . I get no enjoyment from writing this and there is no satisfaction, i am just venting my frustrations and if i could bring light to someone that is considering employment just heed my warnings. I'm not saying all offices are like this but this is the experience i had in blue bell. more

I met with an agent from Independence Planning Group in Blue Bell after seeing an advertisement in a local newspaper. The ad seemed very sincere and that their agents were looking out for you, the insured. I was proven horribly wrong. The agents there push you, yes, but with their own commissions in mind. They do have a different spiel - advocacy, as in they are trying to save you, and your drowning finances. It was absolutely ridiculous. I understand working for your commision but do not try and deceive your potential customers with obviously fake concern and sincerity. more
