I am still grateful the agency and their exceptional staff who were so compassionate. You really helped me through two very critical days - the first when the nurse care manager met my father (recently put on hospice) and me. The second - the day my father died and the care manager sat with me and helped me problem solve and handle the next steps. I was so glad that two caregivers were with my father when he passed - it was all so peaceful and mutually supportive. Thank you for being so receptive to what was the right thing to do. I had heard about Independence Home Care from MIT University, they told me IHC had excellent services and I found out that they were very much right.
