I highly recommend Independence Farm if you are looking for a low drama, safe, secure, knowledgeable place to board your horse. They have taken excellent care of my young large warmblood and I know he is in good hands. Excellent selection of grain, turn out options, and they give quality hay multiple times throughout the day and the stalls are clean and heavily bedded. The rings and open field are wonderful to ride in. I love the fact that Alysson and her staff are updating the facility and have exciting plans for the future for riders of all disciplines. Alysson gives 100% attention to every horse there as if they were her own. I am extremely happy with the care my horse has received and it is comforting to know he is in great hands while I am not there. Again, I highly recommend Independence Farm for boarding and lessons! more

I would not recommend this farm to anyone!!! The new owners are terrible!!! Nancy is a know it all- and flakey. Her daughter- Alison- business manager is rude, arrogant, and misrBle to be around. It is not a friendly and motivating environment like they had advertised... They are liars and deceivers, don't fall for their tricks and find different barn. more
