Ratings vary depending on service provides. Overall 4 stars. 9/27/2012

Payroll services are excellent, 5 stars to Laurie Strong and her team. Fast, friendly, accurate. HR services are excellent. They took longer then I desired but were otherwise excellent. 5 stars for quality, 3 for speed. Accounting services are above average. Sammi did an excellent job and was fast. The only gap was I requested a "simple" accounting balance sheet which showed the cash flow that went in and out of the business which I was not satisfied with. I will renew the request on our next round which will be next month. Tax support is excellent on quality, average on speed. more

I trust Barbara Tackett to accurately prepare my taxes and to ask the right questions. And she always responds to my questions very timely and with good information. I've had some late breaking questions over the years and she's always handled them with great aplomb even though in some cases she's had to make some modifications to my un-filed return. more

For me, dealing with Randy Roth is visiting an old friend. Randy has always been extremely helpful and considerate, and he is a consumate professional. I have done business with him since his career started and he will remain in charge of any business or tax consultation I may require. Last year, Joel Haney did my tax preparation and he was superb in every way. Whenever he needed an answer, he dug for it. Joel is top rate in my book, and his success is guaranteed by his combination of intelligence and diligence. He's my tax man. I live in China and I am always comfortable knowing Randy and Joel handle my tax matters in the USA. more
