My son received supported living services from Inclusion and we were very unhappy with their services. They seemed like a good choice when we first met with them, but that all changed after we contracted with them for services. Their workers were ill trained and had no empathy for our child. They didn't help at all and my son actually began to regress due to their inattentiveness and total lack of communication with us.
We switched service coordinators who told us about another company who she highly reccomends and we quickly switched over to them after meeting with them. Their communication and commitment to providing our son the best services has made is very happy. I won't mention their name here as I don't believe that to be appropriate. Just know that there are MUCH better services out there who will actually work with you!
