Terrible customer service. We spent months speaking with the sales rep, Dan about installing a sliding glass door and a houseful of windows we needed replaced. When we finally came to an agreement of the price, type and brand for each room, Dan contacted Andre, the installer. This was all after we had contacted at least 3 other companies who came to the house for our business and though we wanted to hire them, we were unable to either because they were over our budget or they didn't have the brand we were wanting. When I asked employees of Incline Tahoe Glass where I could see reviews for their previous customers, they were unable to offer me any except for construction companies that had hired them. There is a big difference between construction companies and individual families who will actually be living in the homes themselves and actually care to use quality materials at an affordable price.\r

When Dan told us what Andre's price was going to be to install, we were shocked: $6000. Everyone else had quoted $3000 and less. When Andre agreed to do the work for $3300, we set up an appointment for him to come to the house for final measurements. He hadn't even come through our door when you could hear him complaining of how we would have to pay extra if he cracked or broke our trim, how the ceramic dust would be all over the house from cutting back the tile, how gaps would be left from him installing the windows and on and on. To us, it clearly sounded like he didn't want to do the job and was not confident in his abilities to do the job. None of the other companies that had come to the house had mentioned any of these issues and they were all confident they could do a quality job. We spent months getting the price of the windows and labor at a COMPETITIVE price. In Andre's words we would have to expect to replace 30%-40% of the materials due to aging and his craftsmanship, therefore we chose to go with someone much more confident and able to do the job. Andre even told us that he had so much business that he didn't want ours. He was extremely unprofessional and rude so that even if he were the cheapest company out there, I wouldn't go with Incline Tahoe Glass. Obviously, since this company doesn't need or want the business, others should check out the many other choices out there who are willing and able to work with you. We have now ordered our windows through a very reputable company out of Reno, NV. I look forward to posting a review of them after installation as they have been very friendly, willing to work with us, have other customer reviews and have been in business for several years. Before considering Incline Tahoe Glass, shop around for a company who will do quality work for a much better price as none of us have money to throw at a company who doesn't need or want the business. There are several companies out there who will truly appreciate your business.\r
